\nWe will only accept exchanges if the product is damaged upon receipt.
\nIf the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
\nThe return procedure is as follows:

\nAfter confirmation, we will reply with the return details. Please return the damaged product along with all packaging materials.
\nIf a replacement product cannot be provided, the amount you paid will be refunded to your credit card.
\n* We are sorry that we cannot return or exchange products if the order quantity or the content of the ordered products is incorrect.
\n* If the customer fails to contact NIKKONG VIGOROUS within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange of the product.
\n* Items that have been opened, used, or damaged for personal reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.

Receive a Refund<\/h4>\n

If a replacement item is not available, the amount you paid will be refunded to your credit card.
\nNIKKONG VIGOROUS cannot refund customs duties and sales taxes. However, you may be able to contact your local customs office to claim back these fees.
\nPlease note that due to the different processing times required by different credit card companies, it may take up to 2-3 months for a refund to be processed.<\/p>\n

Shipping Costs for Returned Items<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Shipping costs and refund fees for items returned or exchanged at customer request are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

Policy Statement<\/h4>\n

Returns and exchanges must be completed within the date specified in the return confirmation email, and the item must be new and unused.

Orders cancelled due to customer needs, such as wrong purchase of goods, change of payment method, etc., will be charged a 5% handling fee.<\/p>\n
