Orders
We are responsible for the distribution, website management, order processing and fulfillment of the goods you order through our website.
When you place an order, you are committing to buy the goods at the specified price. Once an order has been submitted, you cannot cancel it, even if we have not yet accepted or rejected your order.
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. The confirmation email will provide:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or cancel your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will promptly deposit the refund into your account or refund it to your credit card account through your payment method within thirty (30) days of submitting your order. You accept that we are not required to pay any compensation for any dissatisfaction caused by the incident.
Prices and Payment
We will make all reasonable commercial efforts to display accurate and up-to-date prices on our website, but this website reserves the right to cancel any order with incorrect prices.
If the price of the product is higher than the price at the time you place the order when we intend to accept your order, we will cancel your order or contact you to inquire whether you intend to pay the higher price or cancel your order.
If we cancel your order and you have made any payment, we will refund you. You agree and accept that we do not need to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
When you place an order, you authorize us to pay by credit card or directly transfer to our bank account in accordance with the amount when we accept your order. The ownership of the product will not be transferred to you before the goods are received.
If you pay directly (including but not limited to bank transfer, credit card, PAYME, etc.), you must provide proof. If you cannot provide it, this website has the right to reject your order.

When you place an order, your credit card information will be collected, processed and retained by us and the payment service provider, and you agree and accept to be bound by their terms and conditions. Delivery
We only ship on working days.
Working days do not include Hong Kong public holidays and when Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. We currently do not deliver to remote areas and outlying islands, and buildings without lift facilities. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will receive the ordered goods from our logistics supplier, and we will not accept cancellation of orders or refunds to you under any circumstances.
We will deliver your ordered goods to the delivery address you provide via SF Express or other logistics companies. When you confirm receipt of the goods, you agree to show photo identification upon request. When the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provide, the goods are deemed delivered to you and received by you. If you fail to receive the goods for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the right to choose to charge you additional fees or cancel your order.
The ownership of the product and the risk of loss of the product will be transferred to you when we deliver it to the selected logistics company.
When the goods you purchased have been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the goods. When the goods have been delivered to you, you will bear the risk of holding the goods at your own risk and we will not be responsible for their loss or damage.
You must pay according to the shipping regulations of this website. If you do not pay enough shipping fees, this website has the right to require you to pay the shipping fees before shipping.
We can handle the relevant transportation procedures according to the buyer’s requirements, but our responsibilities and obligations are limited to on-time delivery. We will assist the buyer in inquiries when you encounter delivery accidents. We will not bear any compensation other than that provided by the logistics company to customers. All inquiries and claims shall be handled in accordance with the regulations of the logistics company. The buyer shall not ask for compensation before the logistics company’s inquiry and tracking mail period expires. The buyer must verify the detailed address and consignee’s phone number to avoid delays in delivery. Anyone who purchases on this website is deemed to agree to this statement.
Force Majeure
If the service you need is not accurately provided due to force majeure (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any uncontrollable circumstances), we will not bear any responsibility to the user or any third party.
